 Sessions last for between 60 and 90 mins.

A detailed intake form ( which is required by law) shortens the need for a lengthy assessment making sessions more about treating you. 

 whilst you are working with myself, I offer FREE email support between sessions to help you move forward faster.

Individually booked sessions mean you can come when you want or need to - to just enjoy relaxation or work on the issues that present at the time.

BLAST Blast is a very speicalised treatment that can last from 40 - 90 minutes. Blast is charged by the session.

  Mulltiple traumas may need more than one session.

 BLAST is incredibly effective, fast and life changing.

Past life sessions are chargeable per session. \they can last from 1 to 2.5 hours and are priced at £65. an intake form is required by law - all sessions are payable in advance.  "I record the session to ensure I capture all the details accurately. Afterward, I listen to the recording and write down the important information and forward to you This allows you to research the 'past life' if you so desire.. Detailed information can vary from both person to person and session to session.

IBS  packages are very different to other forms of hypnotherapy. THey focus on gut directed hypnotherapy with additional healing modalities and are most succcessful over a course of 12 treatments following strict guidelines and protocol to get results.

packages bookin 6 sessions (normally priced at 390) for £330 payable in advance saving you money in an agreed fixed treatment plan that suits your indivuidaula needs. All sessions are payable in advance. Between sessions a FREE email support service is offerred to additionally support you as you heal. Packages are a great way to ensure you have appointments set up at a time that suits your needs in advance rather than having to fit in when slots are available.
